Center Strategic Planning Meeting (part 2)

Center five year strategic meeting, part 2, Sat Jan 15th 10 am - 2:15 pm

We held the second part of our five year strategic planning meeting from 10 am to 2:15 pm on Saturday. Board members and representatives from tenant organizations were present, and Aimee Jurista lead/facilitated the discussions. We mostly focused on SWOT (Strengths & Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats) analysis, and took a second look at our priorities, committees, and our mission statement.

We had our five year strategic planning meeting (part 1 of 2) on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at the center, lead/facilitated by Aimee Jurista. All board members were present, as well as representatives of resident organizations. These photos were taken by Andy Mager, who was also present. The meeting was long and productive (10 am – 4 pm), and we looked at our Mission statement, our priorities, our short term, medium term and long term vision and goals.
